Diana was born in Moscow, and her path to big-time football began at the age of 8 at a commercial football school, where she played with the boys, and then at the sports school of the capital's Spartak.
In 2024, Sophia moved to Dynamo Moscow and began playing for the U-18 junior team. Since this season, the player has been playing for the Dynamo U-21 youth team under the leadership of head coach Oleg Gusev, as part of which she won the Moscow Winter Cup.
