Today, the forward of ZHFC "Dynamo" Fauzia Nazhemba celebrates her birthday.
Fauzia was born in Uganda, left her homeland at the age of 18 and went to Kazakhstan. As a member of the BIIK-Shymkent Housing Company, Nazhemba won the national championship and won silver medals at the Russian Railways International Cup in Moscow in 2022.
The striker made her debut for the Ugandan national team at the age of 16 – as part of the national team she took part in the African Cup of Nations, qualifying for the Olympic Games in Paris-2024.
In January 2023, Fauzia became a Dynamo Moscow player. Nazhemba played 44 matches for the blue and white, in which she scored 15 goals and made 9 assists.
