Team status
In the previous round, our team hosted the most important opponent for itself – Spartak Moscow. And I must say, the capital derby fully justified the status of one of the most anticipated matches of the tour. The meeting at the home stadium of the blue and white was held in a tight struggle, where the outcome of the dramatic confrontation was determined by the only goal in the first half.
From the very beginning of the match, the teams set a high tempo, the game went without a long swing. Already by the 5th minute, the rivals managed to exchange corner shots and conduct several promising attacks. The first accentuated shot on target was delivered by Dynamo midfielder Alisa Klimova in the 6th minute - the goalkeeper of the guests Angelina Shirochenko fixed the ball. Two minutes later, Spartak responded with an attack by Valeria Batyreva, however, Arina Taranchenko confidently played on the line.
By the 10th minute, the game became more viscous, the number of hard single combats and fouls increased. Gradually, the initiative passed to the guests: from the 12th minute, the Spartak players began to actively rock the defense of the blue and white through the flanks. In the 15th minute, a long-range strike by the Spartacists almost led to a productive error: Taranchenko did not keep the ball in her hands from the first touch, but she immediately got her bearings and took it from the second attempt.
Despite Spartak's game advantage, our team opened the scoring in the 18th minute. The restless Klimova on the left flank found a transfer to Irina Dricheva, who executed a canopy into the penalty area. Ekaterina Sergeeva, freed from custody, sent the ball into the net with a precise touch — 1:0!
A couple of minutes later, Dynamo could double the advantage: Kristina Kubatkina dangerously shot low from a free kick, Shirochenko deflected the ball in front of her, but the defender of the red and white turned out to be the first to pick up.
After that, Spartak intensified the onslaught. In the 28th minute, Violetta Kahramanzade hit from the penalty line, but Klimova blocked this shot. The degree of struggle grew, and in the 35th minute Dricheva received the first yellow card of the match for a gross foul. The end of the first half was also left to the guests: in the 38th minute, Kahramanzade went almost one-on-one with the goalkeeper, but the ball went along the goal. In the 42nd minute, Kubatkina took over Kahramanzade's next attempt.
The second half began with a palpable pressure of red and white. By the 60th minute, combination football had almost disappeared, giving way to martial arts and mutual mistakes. In the 64th minute, Spartak had a chance to even the score: Yana Svistunova powerfully punched into the near corner, but Taranchenko showed an excellent reaction, repelling a dangerous blow. In the 83rd minute, Batyreva's dangerous shot went over the crossbar.
Dynamovki in the final segment of the meeting focused on defense, rarely going into counterattacks. Finally, at the 7th minute added, the denouement of the game came. The final assault of Spartak ended with an unsuccessful corner draw by the red and white, during which the final whistle of the chief referee Daria Genega sounded, recording the victory of the blue and white. And immediately after him, the goalkeeper of the guests, Angelina Shirochenko, saw a red card for unsportsmanlike behavior in front of her.
In general, this summer derby turned out to be really hot!
The results of the victorious match were summed up by the head coach of the Dynamo youth team Oleg Gusev:
— The main thing is that we managed to get three points in a difficult game. It was important for our team after the match with CSKA. I liked that we did the work on the mistakes, so I'm happy with the game, especially in the first half.
In the second, it is clear that we have already played somewhere in the account. As for refereeing, do not forget that this is the oldest derby in the country. These are emotions, football does not exist without them.
Thanks to this victory in a principled confrontation, Dynamo strengthened its position at the top of the Youth League standings and improved the mood for itself and the fans before meeting with another competitor for prizes this season.
About the opponent, the history of the confrontation, the judging panel
The opponent of the blue and white in the 11th round is the youth team of the Housing and Communal Complex "Krasnodar" - as already mentioned, another competitor and neighbor of the blue and white in the standings. The teams are one win away from each other, they are separated by only three points.
The situation is reminiscent of the last season, when Evgeny Ptashnikov's wards pursued Oleg Gusev's team throughout the championship in the fight for the top three of the youth championship. And they missed their chance only at the very end of the draw, when they drew in the last three rounds (1:1 with Spartak) and lost twice (0:3 to Zenit and 0:5 to Lokomotiv). Dynamo, on the contrary, had a great run at the finish line, beating Master Saturn (2:0), Rubin (1:0) and CSKA (3:1) in the final three matches and winning the silver Youth League.
However, all this is a matter of the recent, but of the past. This season, both Dynamo and Krasnodar are again aiming for at least prize-winners, without throwing away the thought of the long-awaited championship.
However, unlike last season, the first half of this season at Krasnodar is more like a roller coaster. If at the start of the 2025 championship the "townspeople" immediately took overclocking (only one defeat in the first 10 matches), then in 2026 it was not possible to accelerate.
Three "dry" victories at the start (2:0 Ryazan-Airborne Forces, 1:0 Rostov, 1:0 Krylia Sovetov) were replaced by a defeat (1:2 from Rubin at home) and a draw (1:1 at home with Chertanovo), and after a difficult The away victory over Master Saturn (3:2) was followed by two consecutive defeats – from Zenit (1:2) and CSKA (0:4). And although in the last two rounds Krasnodar scored two labor victories over Spartak (1:0) and Zvezda-2005 (2:1), they still lack stability.
This is largely due to the unbalanced play of Ptashnikov's team in defense and attack. So, Krasnodar, which is in the group of leaders of the Youth League (5th place in the standings), has the worst difference between goals scored and goals conceded – 13-12 in 10 matches played.
Even Lokomotiv, Spartak and Chertanovo, which are located lower in the table, score more and miss less. What can I say, if only Rostov, Yenisei and Zvezda-2005 scored less than Krasnodar this season, occupying 12th-14th places, respectively. Actually, the match with Master Saturn (3:2) remains the only one so far in the season where Krasnodar scored more than two goals per game, and all the victories were won by them with a minimal advantage in the score. But how effective!
At the same time, the top scorer of the "townspeople" – midfielder Alina Godyna – scored as much as the top scorer of Dynamo Eva Rabchenyuk – 5 goals. Both of them are in the top 5 of the best scorers of the entire championship. Here is such an interesting paradox!
In general, it is worth noting here that the Krasnodar team has only five players who scored this season. In addition to Godyna, these are midfielder Sofia Denisko and defender Nika Eremina (3 goals each), as well as midfielder Yulia Beletskaya and striker Eva Efimova (1 goal each).
For comparison, 10 football players have already distinguished themselves in Dynamo in this championship, exactly twice as many as in Krasnodar.
An equally important point is the history of personal meetings between the two clubs. It is not at all in favor of Dynamo. In eight matches played in the Youth League, the blue and white won only one victory - last season in Novogorsk with a score of 2:0 (double on the account of Ekaterina Sergeeva). In the remaining matches, Krasnodar celebrated the victory four times, the teams drew three times, the goal difference was 6-10 also in favor of Krasnodar.
By the way, last season the teams exchanged home victories – in the first round in Krasnodar the hosts were stronger (1:0), in the return leg – as mentioned above, the blue and white (2:0) thanks to Sergeeva's double.
This season, the two-match Moscow-Krasnodar confrontation will begin in Novogorsk.
The upcoming meeting of Dynamo and Krasnodar in Novogorsk will be served by the judging panel headed by Kristina Varyanitsa (Sochi), who will be assisted by assistant judges Arina Samarina (St. Petersburg) and Polina Molinina (Pskov).
Previously, Varyanitsa has already worked on Dynamo matches: in the Youth League – against Krylia Sovetov (1:1), Rostov (3:3), twice against Zenit (0:4 and 0:2) and Krasnodar (0:1 and 2:0); in the Super League – against Rostov (1:0) and Zvezda-2005 (0:0).
