Today, Maxim Zinoviev, the head coach of Dynamo Sports and Sports Complex, is 46 years old.
Before starting coaching, Maxim Yurievich had a busy career as a professional football player. Starting his career in 1998 in Khimki, he played as a defender for Lipetsk Metallurg, Kaliningrad Baltika and Moscow Torpedo. He also has foreign experience in the Polish "Shlensk" and the Belarusian "Torpedo" (Zhodino). In 2002, as a player, he became the winner of the "Center" zone of the Second Division, and in 2015 he officially completed his performances on the field.
Maxim Zinoviev's coaching career began in the same year 2015 in the Rossiyanka Housing and Communal Services system, which he led to the title of champions of Russia a year later. The longest and most successful stage of his career was associated with CSKA Moscow: under the guidance of a specialist, the army club won the national championship twice (2019, 2020), won the Russian Cup four times (2017, 2022, 2023, 2025) and won the Russian Super Cup (2024).
In addition, from 2021 to 2023, Maxim Yurievich worked in the coaching staff of the Russian national team.
In January 2026, Maxim Zinoviev became the head of Dynamo Housing and Communal Services, bringing his huge winning experience and professionalism to our club.
