Pavel Pivovarov, CEO of Dynamo, commented on the appointment of Sergey Lavrentiev as head coach of the Dynamo U-21 women's team.
— We are glad that Sergey Lavrentiev will be the head coach of our women's youth team. He is a Dynamo graduate, a coach with extensive experience at the highest level. We are impressed that his philosophy is based on spectacular, attacking football – this coincides with the ideology of the club, which we are trying to instill at all levels, in all teams. One of the main tasks that has been set for him in the coming year is to assemble a combat–ready team, whose players will later move to the main squad, as well as begin planned work on recruiting the main squad for 2023.
