The head coach of the blue and white youth team decided to leave the post on his own initiative.
The head coach of the youth team of the Dynamo women's football club (U-21) Oleg Gusev leaves his post on his own initiative. The specialist completes the work in the structure of the club, which lasted from 2021. During this period, he held various positions, having gone from a coach of children's teams to a mentor of the youth team and an assistant in the main team of the blue and white.
Oleg Gusev's professional activity in the Dynamo system began four years ago at the Academy named after L. I. Yashin. There he specialized in training young football players in children's teams. In November 2023, by the decision of the management, Gusev was appointed to the post of head coach of the junior team of ZHFC Dynamo U-18. Under his leadership, the team spent a full season of 2024.
With the onset of the 2025 season, the specialist's powers expanded: he headed the youth team (U-21) and at the same time joined the coaching staff of the main women's team Dynamo. In the same season, the youth team led by Gusev won silver medals of the Youth League.
