The blue and white team failed to beat the Ryazan team at home (1:1) and finished the season in seventh place in the WINLINE Super League.
The final match of this year with the Ryazan-VDV Housing and Communal Complex in Novogorsk closed for Dynamo not only the entire season of the WINLINE Super League, but also drew a line under the autumn segment. The segment that has become the most successful for the blue and white this season.
Yes, it was during the autumn part that the Dynamo team showed its best football – both in terms of the game itself and the result: 7 matches – 5 wins, one draw and only one setback, in the match with CSKA, following which our team was awarded a technical defeat.
If Dynamo had held at least half of the last season at this level, the capital's team would not have fought in the last round at all for the fifth place, which is now considered a good result. After all, until now, two seasons in a row, the blue and white took the fifth place in the WINLINE of the Super League.
However, there is no subjunctive mood in football, and indeed in life, does not exist. Therefore, it makes no sense to guess what would have happened if the wards of Sergei Lavrentiev first, and then Alexander Katasonov, who replaced him during the season, played like that from the very start. Obviously, it is unlikely that the team will be able to add the past season to the asset, and therefore it is necessary to turn over this page and move on. Moreover, all the most interesting things are ahead, as always. And we will summarize the results of this year in detail and in detail in our special materials in the near future.
Well, with a match with a club from Ryazan, Dynamo closed this difficult and eventful season at home.
The blue and white team could have taken the lead already in the first minutes of the meeting. Fauzia Nazhemba had a great moment, who closed the shot from the left flank of Kristina Komissarova, but did it inaccurately. Another good shot was played by Daniella Basaeva – the striker hit her head after giving a corner, but this time the goalkeeper of Ryazan-Airborne Forces, Maria Svidunovich, played confidently.
In general, Katasonov's wards looked much better: they continued to press, had more possession of the ball and periodically created chances. In confirmation of this was the goal scored in the 28th minute. Anastasia Shlapakova in the center of the field gave a smart transfer to the left to Kristina Komissarova, who dragged the ball to the edge of the penalty area and gave a perfect transfer to the center to Fauzia Nazhemba. The striker just put her foot up and finally sent the ball exactly to the target – 1:0!
That's just the dynamos didn't have to rejoice for a long time. Less than five minutes later, the guests from Ryazan equalized the score. Victoria Dubova was ahead of Isidora Vuchkovich in the fight for the ball in the penalty area and sent the ball past Diana Ponomareva.
Immediately after Ryazan scored the ball, the game leveled off, and the teams continued to exchange moments, although not as dangerous as those in which goals were scored. In this mode, the first half rolled to the break.
The Dynamo team started the second half as actively as the first. It was felt that they came out charged to continue the game, which had already brought them success once in this match.
However, the reality turned out to be much more complicated than it seemed right after the break. Ryazan-Airborne Forces withstood the onslaught of Dynamo football players in the first minutes after the resumption of the game and again began to create good attacks on other people's gates. Dynamo started showing something interesting and potentially scoring in the middle of the half. It is possible to single out Shlapakova's blow after a cool combination of blue and white, Elena Shesterneva's most dangerous blow to the far corner, which was masterfully repelled by Ryazan goalkeeper Maria Svidunovich.
But, like the rivals, Dynamo's attacks were not brought to mind in any way – there was always quite a bit missing before the second goal. At the end of the match, the game was divided into segments in which the initiative passed from one team to the other. However, no matter how hard the Moscow and Ryazan football players tried to please their fans with a victory in the last match of the season, they failed to do so.
The result is a productive draw 1:1, which hardly pleased both teams.
