Isidora Vuckovic was born in Prokuplje, a town in southern Serbia. She started playing football at the age of 11, under the guidance of her first coach, Dobrivoje Cavic.
Vuckovic is a product of the women's football club Kolibri from the town of Kuršumlija, for which she played from 2011 to 2016. In addition to her home club, Isidora played as a striker, fullback and winger for the Serbian women's football clubs Masinac (2016-2022) and Spartak Subotica (2022-2024), with whom she won the Serbian championship and Serbian Cup in 2023, and participated in Champions League matches.
The footballer has experience playing for Serbian national teams of different ages: U-17, with which she played at the 2016 Junior Euro, U-19 youth team and the national team of her country.
On April 26, 2025, she scored her debut goal for Dynamo in the 7th round match of the Winline Super League against WFC Enisey (3:0).
According to the results of the fans' vote, she was recognized as the best Dynamo player in August 2025. This month, the footballer took part in three matches, in which she always came out in the starting lineup and was only replaced once during the match. In the match with Krylia Sovetov, the Serbian took part in the goal attack of the white-blues, which was completed by her compatriot Zeljka Belovan, and in the match with Chertanovo, Isidora became the most active Dynamo player, taking part in 25 duels.
