A pupil of the WFC Isloch-RGUOR (Minsk), she began her career in big football at the Youth Sports School No. 5 in Baranovichi, Brest Region (Belarus).

Since the age of 16, Shlapakova played for the main team of Minsk Isloch-RGUOR, as part of which she became a silver (2018) and bronze (2017) medalist of the Belarusian Championship, as well as a two-time finalist of the National Cup (2018, 2019).

In 2020, Anastasia moved to another Minsk club - Dynamo-RGUFK, for which she played with a half-season break until 2023 and won all national trophies: four times the championship and the Cup of Belarus (2020, 2021, 2022, 2023), three times - the Super Cup of Belarus (2021, 2022, 2023).

She spent the first half of the 2022/23 season in the Zaragoza Women's Football Club - a team in the 2nd division of the Spanish championship, for which she played 10 matches and scored one goal.

In the 2024 season, Anastasia Shlapakova played for the Russian team - Zvezda-2005 Women's Football Club from Perm. The midfielder has 24 games for the Perm club, 4 goals and 2 assists. The footballer also scored one of the goals against Moscow Dynamo in the Super League match in Perm, in which the hosts defeated the white-blues (2:0).

In 2025 she became a player of WFC Dynamo Moscow. On July 19 of the same year, she scored her debut goal for Dynamo - in the match of the 15th round of the Winline Super League against WFC Zenit (1:0).

Based on the results of the fans' vote, she was recognized as the best Dynamo player in July 2025. This month, Anastasia took part in three matches, in which she scored the only and winning goal against WFC Zenit in a home match, coming on as a substitute during the second half.
