Dynamo head coach commented on the results of the control meeting with Lokomotiv Moscow (2:0).
— The first thing I will note is the internal mood of the team. This is important, and it makes me very happy. Secondly, we played well structurally, practically did not allow the opponent to do anything in attack. We had good transitions, but so far not everything is working out in the final stage. Although we scored two goals, it's a sin to complain.
In general, I am satisfied with both the quality of the game and the result, but there is always something to strive for.
— Can we say that the team has fully played and understands how to act?
— I don't think so, after all, a short period of preparation time has passed. In any case, time is still needed for us to get used to each other, to understand each other better. But the team itself has already formed, it pleases.
— The atmosphere in the team is really good, including the newcomers quickly joined the team. How was this achieved?
— There is a leader in the team who creates this atmosphere. We try to support the players, we met all the newcomers well, this is also a big plus. And, of course, we constantly talk about the Dynamo spirit. It also matters.
