Sergey Lavrentiev: "We played on moral and strong-willed, but this is a derby anyway"

— The girls had a hard training camp and today they went out to play on moral and strong-willed qualities. It's very nice that we have them, but in general I will say that we gave a very good quality game.

Today we had more moments in the transition phase, created good chances and approaches, played reliably in defense.

— Passions were boiling on the field despite the friendly status of the game. How do you like such emotions?

— I am glad that you showed character, did not give in. It hardens the team. In any case, it's a derby, even if it's a friendly match. No one wanted to give in, so passions were heating up.

— Fans were present at the match. How important is it?

— Of course it's important! In general, for women's football, fans are an important story, as it is a little underestimated. And today was a very spectacular and high–quality football - both in intensity and in content it was very interesting. We are waiting for the fans in the stands!

— How do you rate the past training camps?

— I assess them positively – a lot of work has been done. Now many players will leave for the national teams, we will return to Moscow, have a little rest and we will already be preparing for the first match of the season.
