On Tuesday, the head coach of the Dynamo youth football team Oleg Gusev turns 48 years old.
Oleg Viktorovich was involved in football in the Dynamo teams of different ages, FSM, Soyuz, played at the championship of Moscow and the Moscow region, for the national team of his university – Moscow State Pedagogical University, of which he graduated.
Since 2021, Oleg Gusev joined the coaching job at the L.I. Yashin Dynamo Academy, where he began his professional career with children's teams. In November 2023, he was appointed head coach of the junior team of the Dynamo U-18 Housing and Communal Services, and before the 2025 season he took up the post of mentor of the youth team of the Dynamo Housing and Communal Services U-21.
In the very first year of working with the Dynamo youth team, the team under his leadership became one of the best teams of the Youth League and won silver medals of the championship!
Oleg Viktorovich is a long–term fan of the Dynamo football club, and therefore the awarding of our girls during the break of the match of the blue and white men's team at VTB Arena on Lev Ivanovich Yashin's birthday was a special event for him.
