On Tuesday, the midfielder of the Dynamo youth football team Daniella Petrova celebrates her birthday.
Daniella started playing football at the Energia sports school in Cheboksary, where she was born. The pupil of Cheboksary and Kazan football already at the age of 14 got into the training system of the Moscow "Dynamo".
Since 2023, Petrova has been playing for the blue and white youth team, in which Dana became the captain and is one of the brightest and most productive football players. For three seasons as part of our youth team, the midfielder played 56 matches, scored 12 goals and gave 11 assists, and in the 2025 season she and the team won silver medals of the Youth League!
Since 2024, Daniella has been included in the Dynamo main team's bid to participate in the Super League and Russian Cup games. In the same year, Petrova made her debut in the highest league of Russian women's football, coming on as a substitute for Elina Samoilova in the match of the 6th round against Krylia Sovetov (3:1). In total, Daniella managed to play 3 matches for the main team.
