Today the midfielder of the youth team of the WFC Dynamo Moscow Daniella Petrova celebrates her birthday.
Daniella was born in Cheboksary, where she started playing football at Energia Secondary School. A pupil of Cheboksary and Kazan football, Petrova got into the Dynamo Moscow system at the age of 14. She spent the 2022 season in the U-15 junior team, and the next year she joined the U-21 youth team, where she became one of the brightest and most productive football players. In her first season in the Youth League, she played 20 matches and scored 12 points using the goal + pass system (6 goals and 6 assists).
Last season, the 17-year-old football player was included in the Dynamo main team's bid for the Super League and the Russian Cup. Petrova made her debut in the top league of Russian women's football on April 20, 2024, replacing Elina Samoilova in the match of the 6th round against Krylia Sovetov (3:1). In total, Daniella played 3 matches for the main team.
