On Sunday, April 20, 2025, at the Malaya Arena in Krasnodar, the Dynamo youth football team will play its first official match of the new season – against FC Krasnodar U-21 as part of the 1st round of the Youth League.
The composition of participants and features of the tournament
11 youth teams will take part in the starting season:
Dynamo, Lokomotiv, Spartak, CSKA, Chertanovo (all in Moscow), Zenit (St. Petersburg), Krasnodar, Krylia Sovetov (Samara), Master Saturn (Moscow Region), Rostov (Rostov-on-Don) and "Rubin" (Kazan)
In the 2025 season, the format of the youth championship will be the same as in the Super League: 11 teams will hold a smooth two-round tournament with away and home games, a total of 20 matches each, in each round one team will miss a game. The 1st round is scheduled for April 20-21, the season will finish on October 19.
In addition, unlike previous seasons, players born earlier than 2005 and later than 2009 cannot be in the teams' application for the 2025 season.

Recall that the current champion of the Youth League is FC Lokomotiv, silver and bronze medalists are Krasnodar and St. Petersburg Zenit, respectively.
The Dynamo youth team took the final 10th place in the 2024 season.

The place and time of the match, the opponent and the history of the confrontation, the refereeing team
The starting match in the Youth League-2025 will be held by Oleg Gusev's wards at the "Small Arena" at the address: Krasnodar, Hero Vladislav Posadsky str., 15.
Dynamo fans will be allocated one of the sectors of the arena. The entrance to the game is free, you don't need to buy or receive tickets before the match!
A fan's passport (Fan ID) is not needed to enter the stadium!

The opponent of the blue and white in the first game of the new season - the youth team of the Housing and Communal Complex Krasnodar – has been leading its history since 2020 and in five years has already managed to collect an impressive collection of awards: gold medals of the First League (2020), silver (2024) and bronze medals of the Youth League (2021, 2023), the Cup of the Krasnodar Territory (2021).
Krasnodar held its most successful season just last year. The team led by head coach Yevgeny Ptashnikov achieved the best result in the Youth League – won silver medals, beating such favorites as Zenit, CSKA, Spartak youth teams and losing the championship only to the capital's Lokomotiv. On the account of the Southerners there were 16 wins, 3 draws and only 3 defeats, and out of 16 matches won – 9 with a large score. Moreover, the Krasnodar youth team set, it seems, an eternal record in the 2024 season: they defeated the Voronezh Torch twice - 24:0 and 14:0, that is, with a total score of 38:0!
Interestingly, one of the five teams that still took away points from Krasnodar turned out to be Dynamo Moscow, which played a zero draw with Krasnodar in Novogorsk. The other four are Rubin Kazan (2:2), Lokomotiv Moscow (0:1 and 1:1) and Spartak (0:2), as well as Zenit St. Petersburg (0:2).
Few people have any doubts that this season the team led by Evgeny Ptashnikov will fight for the highest places in the youth championship. Like Dynamo football players, Krasnodar women came out of vacation in early January and, after all the prescribed medical tests, went to Turkey for training camps, where they trained until the beginning of March and held several friendly matches there: Yumit Karan U-21 (Turkey) – 15:0, Lokomotiv U-21 (Moscow) – 0:3, Spartak U-21 (Moscow) – 4:2, Yenisei (Krasnoyarsk) – 1:2.
In mid-March, the Krasnodar youth team took part in the annual All-Russian tournament among girls "Pearl Boot". At the start of the tournament, the black and green traditionally defeated the Voronezh Torch (10:0), then not so easily, but defeated the Moscow Chertanovo (3:1), defeated the Samara Wings of the Soviets in the semifinals (2:0), and in the decisive final match again We met with Chertanovki and beat them again – this time with a score of 2:0 and became the winners of the prestigious tournament among youth teams. And the defender of Krasnodar and a pupil of the local football academyArina Kadigrob was recognized as the best player of the tournament.
So it is obvious that in the opening match of the new season it will be very difficult for our girls, especially since they will have to start on the road. As confirmation, there is a history of personal meetings between Dynamo and Krasnodar, disappointing for the blue and white: 0+ 3= 3–, the goal difference is 4-9, including two draws and one defeat in away matches, only one goal scored on the account of Dynamo football players.
The new meeting of the teams from Moscow and Krasnodar within the framework of the Youth League will be served by the refereeing team led by Ekaterina Manchenko from Volgograd, who will be assisted by assistant referees Anna Shadykhanova (Azov) and Sofia Ryzhonkova (Krasnodar).
Earlier, Manchenko did not work as a chief referee at Dynamo matches.
The state of the team: restructuring of the squad, new coaching staff, preparation for the season
The off-season-2025 for the Dynamo youth team turned out to be very eventful. In many ways, this multi-event nature was determined by the result of the previous season. As in 2023, in 2024 the blue and white repeated their result – they took the final 10th place in the Youth League standings. It was difficult to call it successful, since even a small step forward was not made.
That's why the global restructuring started this winter in the second Dynamo team should not surprise anyone. Moreover, she touched not only the coaching staff, which usually happens in such situations, but also the team as a whole. If you just count the number of football players who left the team and replenished it, there will be two full-fledged teams:
– The following people have left: Ksenia Antonova, Polina Golubeva, Olesya Koryakovtseva, Diana Makarova, Tanya Malesia, Daria Popova, Taisiya Razvorotneva, Varvara Rubtsova, Ulyana Ryzhykh, Ksenia Skotnikova, Anna Sugrobova, Valeria Shilnova, Kristina Yakovenko, Kristina Yakovleva.
Nicole Greuli also completed her playing career, but remained in the club structure as the SMM manager of the youth team.
– they came: Sofya Babkina, Anastasia Buchatskaya, Svvetlana Vinnikova, Angelina Golik, Anna Chudilina, returned from renting from the Housing and Communal services "Sochi" Alexander Shevchenko.
The football players announced for the season of the Winline Superleague in the main team of Dynamo will continue to play for the youth team of the blue and white: Arina Taranchenko, Ekaterina Sergeeva, Irina Dricheva, Anastasia Kovaleva, Daniella Petrova, Valeria Azeeva, Tatyana Danilochkina.
In general, our youth team has experienced a real, if not revolution, then perestroika this offseason for sure. How it will end, the new season will show.
And the new coaching staff will also lead the blue and white in this new season. Drastic changes also affected him. After the ex-youth team coxswain Mikhail Kobyakov left the team, and with him his entire coaching staff (assistant head coachLyubov Komarova and the goalkeeper coachAnton Antonov), he was replaced by Oleg Gusev. The 47-year-old specialist headed the Dynamo U-18 women's junior team, and before that he worked with the 2013 women's team and in the men's teams of the L.I. Yashin Dynamo Academy.
Gusev's coaching staff also included an assistant head coachAlexander Zayakin, who previously led the Lokomotiv U-21 football team to victory in the Youth League (2022), and Vitaly Shadrin, who previously worked in the coaching staff of Sergei Lavrentiev, and this winter moved to the position of head coach for goalkeeping at the Dynamo Academy named after L.I. Yashin and the Belo youth team- blue.
And the first success of the updated team did not take long to wait! In March, the team, led by the new head coach and his staff, became the winner of the Moscow Winter Cup (IFF). The team, made up of Dynamo U-18 and U-21 players, scored 18 points and took the final 1st place in the standings without suffering a single defeat (5 wins, 3 draws, 17-2 goal difference). In the final match of the tournament with the Moscow Lokomotiv, Gusev's wards played a zero draw and beat the railwaywomen by three points, winning the honorary trophy!
