Team status
In the previous match, the blue and white in Novogorsk hosted the Samara Wings of the Soviets. A team led by Oleg Guseva had a chance not only to catch up with the leader of the Youth League, Lokomotiv Moscow, but also to lead the standings, although not yet alone. And Dynamo football players coped brilliantly with this task!
Some of the outsiders of the youth championship were powerless against the pressure of the blue and white, who did not postpone the question of the winner, but decided everything in the first half. More precisely, even in the first half of the first half. By the 24th minute of the meeting, the numbers 3:0 in favor of Dynamo were burning on the electronic scoreboard of Novogorsk – Irina Dricheva, Varvara Demidova andSvetlana Vinnikova. Moreover, the latter took part in all three Dynamo goals – at first she assisted her teammates twice, and then distinguished herself.
Young dynamovki could have scored even more, for example, at the end of the half, when Anastasia Kovaleva ran into a counterattack and already struck for sure, but the ball missed the far post literally in centimeters.
In the second half, the game was no longer so rich in scoring chances and even more goals, which is understandable – the blue and white played on the score and calmly brought the match to victory. Although there were some sharp episodes at the opponents' gates: there was also a goalArina Volobuyeva, not counted due to a foul in an attack on the goalkeeper of the Wings, and two bars from Anastasia Orlova andMaria Zernikova, when our girls were just unlucky.
Nevertheless, our girls did not leave the field without scoring a goal. Already in the added time, the same Orlova, turning on the ramming forward mode, drove the fourth ball into the Samara gate and put a bold dot in the match!
But the main result of the meeting is not just the next, already the sixth in a row, victory of Dynamo, but the most cherished first place in the standings, to which our girls went for a very, very long time. A little earlier, the railwaywomen played a draw (3:3) with Spartak, and now the two capital clubs share the first place in the Youth League table.
— There is always something to work on. But I liked the first half, in the second, I probably would have liked more in the completion stage. The main thing is that I liked the way the game was built, including in defense. We knew that the Wings had dangerous counterattacks, so we prepared for this.
We try not to look at the opponents as they move along the standings, but to act on our own. Of course, you don't want to, but when you're fighting for the championship, you look at the table. Therefore, we are preparing for the fact that there will be a tense ending, the leaders will play with each other, and everything will be decided there," Oleg Gusev, the head coach of the Dynamo youth football team, anticipated the fiery ending of the season.
The defender of the blue and white Anna Chudilina could not help but share her emotions:
— The score of the game, but there is no limit to perfection, I would like to score more. Does the tournament position put pressure on us? Actually, no, there is a result, we want to come out on top, finish the championship with gold medals. I hope we will succeed.
Interestingly, in the next round, both Lokomotiv and Dynamo will play the most important away matches – the railwaywomen will go to St. Petersburg to play with Zenit, the blue and white will play in Moscow with Spartak.

About the opponent, the history of the confrontation in the main derby of the season, the judging panel
So, the opponent of the blue and white in the 16th round will be the most important rival for our club - Spartak Moscow.
In its current form, the capital club appeared in January 2022, when it was announced the creation of a youth women's team that took part in the draw First League and even won bronze medals in the "Moscow" zone.
In the autumn of next year, the main team appeared in the structure of the Spartak women's football club, of which the youth football players became a part.
Despite the status of debutants of the Youth League in 2024, the young spartacists immediately showed a good result for the first season at this level. So, the team led by 29-year-old Ivan Kvasov, who previously worked as the head coach in the youth team of the Ryazan-Airborne Sports Complex, took first place in its group at the preliminary stage, while never losing (3 wins and 3 draws, in 4 games out of 6 not a single missed goal).
The spartacists also started the second stage of the youth championship successfully – with the same score 3:1, they first beat Rostov at home, and then Dynamo youth away. It would seem that in their debut season, the red-and-whites will even be able to compete for the Youth League medals, but it was after the victory over the blue-and-whites that the Spartak youth team's game went wrong. In the next 8 matches, Kvasov's wards won only one victory, and they spent the final stretch of the season strictly in the "victory – defeat" mode: 3 wins, 3 losses and the final 5th place in the Youth League-2024.
This season, the red and white are performing at about the same level as last year. Spartak youth team has 5 wins, 4 draws and 4 defeats, and so far the 7th place in the Youth League standings. However, unlike the previous season, Spartak has not yet won a single victory over the leaders of the championship. All five victories were won by Muscovites over the teams below the red and white in the standings: Rubin, Chertanovo, Rostov and twice over Wings of the Soviets.
At the same time, Spartak, as if propping up a group of clubs in the table, conditionally fighting for medals, remains one of the least skipping teams in the league. There are only 15 goals conceded in 13 matches – the same number, for example, for Lokomotiv, Dynamo's main rival in the championship race. However, the red-whites missed 6 of these 15 goals in the last two games – from Zenit (1:3) and the same Lokomotiv (3:3). Before that, Spartak had not missed four games in a row (3 wins and a draw).
Will the capital club show the same uncertain defensive game in the derby with Dynamo? I would like to believe, but these two unsuccessful matches became truly abnormal for the Kvass wards – they did not miss more than two goals per game before them.
By the way, if we talk about the personal meetings of Dynamo and Spartak, the Dynamo team was stronger in the first round – the blue and white scored twice in the first half (Angelina Golik and Anastasia Kovaleva scored), to which the red and white responded with only one goal by Valerie Kuznetsova at the end of the match. In the same ending, the chief judge Nailya Khasanova removed the Spartak team mentor Ivan Kvasov and assistant head coach of the Dynamo youth team Alexander Zayakin after an altercation. So the degree of confrontation in the derby will be increased in the next match.
If we take the whole history of the confrontation between the two clubs, then there is also a slight advantage for Dynamo. In official matches within the framework of the Youth League, the teams have one victory and one draw each, but the blue and white have another victory in a friendly match - at the training camp in Turkey with a score of 2:0, then Taisiya Razvorotneva and Daniella Petrova scored.
By the way, this was the first game in the history of the confrontation between Dynamo and Spartak, including the main teams.
The new meeting of Spartak and Dynamo in the framework of the Youth League will be served by the judging team led by Ksenia Goryacheva from Ryazan, who will be assisted by assistant referees Ekaterina Chernova (Ulyanovsk) and Anna Shadykhanova (Azov).
Earlier, Goryacheva worked on Dynamo matches: in the Super League – against Rostov (2:0), CSKA (1:3), Krasnodar (1:2) and twice against Zenit (0:2 and 1:0); in the Youth League – against Zenit"(3:2 and 0:2), "Yenisei" (2:1), "Rostov" (3:1), "Sochi" (2:0) and "Master Saturn" (0:2).
