On Sunday, April 13, 2025, the match of the 5th round of the Winline Super League among women's teams between Dynamo and Rubin will take place at the Rubin Stadium (field 2) in Kazan.

Team status
The previous match of the 4th round, which took place in Sokolniki in the capital, was the first derby for Sergey Lavrentiev's wards this season - and immediately with the most important opponent. Before the meeting with the blue and white, Spartak won three super-confident victories at the start of the season (over Yenisei, Chertanovo and Krasnodar with a total score of 14:2) and just as confidently headed the Winline Super League standings. So the red and white took the Dynamo team not only in the status of home team, but also in the rank of leader of the entire championship.
That, however, did not prevent the teams from spending the first half without goals, however, even without that, it was clear that it would be very difficult for the blue and white to take at least a draw away from Sokolniki. From the first minutes of the meeting, the red and white took the ball, seized the territorial advantage and began to create chances at the Dynamo gate, including very dangerous ones. Its undisputed leaders, Marina Fedorova, Tiyana Filipovich and Natalia Mashina, were especially active in Spartak.
And if at first the game was on a collision course, by the middle of the half the advantage of Spartak became obvious and became really frightening for the Dynamo goal, which was defended in this match by Diana Ponomareva, who was in the starting lineup for the first time this season.
And if the incredible pressure that Spartak organized in the first half, our girls still withstood and went for a break with a good result for themselves, then after a pause Vadim Kozlov's wards did not forgive our team.
Actually, the start of the second half predetermined the outcome of the match. Red and white scored twice with a difference of three minutes. First, ex-dynamo Marina Fedorova beautifully punched into the nine from a long distance, receiving an assist with her heel from Tiyana Filipovich, and then Fedorova herself assisted Natalia with a car, sending the ball to the goalkeeper from a free kick – 2:0. The same Tiyana Filipovich, who in the middle of the second half, put an end to the question of the winner. in the previous face-to-face meeting, she distinguished herself with poker. This time, the Serbian woman limited herself to an effective transfer and a goal, which she scored in a mocking style: she beat the entire Dynamo defense and the goalkeeper and literally brought the ball into the Dynamo gate.
The only consolation on this day for the Dynamo team was the debut goal of the Dynamo newcomer this offseason Anastasia Kovaleva, who took advantage of the hosts' mistake and scored one goal, allowing the blue and white to avoid defeat in the first derby of the season.
Well, we can only hope that the next two-week break in the championship, related to the games of the national teams, will benefit our team.

And there is a logical explanation for this. The fact is that there have also been drastic changes in the coaching staff of the Kazan club: Mars Sahabutdinov, who worked with Kazanki last season, was replaced by 36-year-old Yevgeny Portnov, who headed Yenisei in the 2024 season. Interestingly, the Krasnoyarsk team under his leadership last year was not much higher than Rubin itself - in 10th place. But the Redskins still had more victories - exactly 3 times (6 against 2).
