Oleg Gusev has been the head of the Dynamo U-18 women's junior team since November 2023, and before that he worked with the 2013 women's team and in the men's teams of the L.I. Yashin Dynamo Academy.
Under his leadership, Dynamo juniors took 4th place in the Moscow Winter Championship (2024) and 4th place in the Youth Football League tournament (SFL-girls – 2024).

Gusev's coaching staff also includes assistant head coach Alexander Zayakin, who previously led the Lokomotiv U-21 football team to victory in the Youth League (2022), and Vitaly Shadrin, who previously worked in the coaching staff of Sergei Lavrentiev, and has now moved to the position of head coach for goalkeeping at the Dynamo Academy named after L.I. Yashin and the blue and white youth team.
