Blue and white in a tense match on the road shared points with the Perm club.
The team of Alexander Katasonov has gained a crazy pace since the beginning of September and definitely does not plan to reduce it. Two major victories at the start of autumn, two times 3-0 with Yenisei and Rostov, instilled confidence in the girls and gave hope to the fans for a successful end to the season.
If last season the blue and white team repeated their best result in the Winline Super League as confidently as possible - they took 5th place – then this year our team will have a fierce struggle for the fifth place in the standings. Dynamo has enough competitors in this fight at the finish of the season: these are definitely "Wings of the Soviets" and "Krasnodar", and you should not forget about the slightly lagging "Chertanovo" and "Ryazan-Airborne Forces".
Of course, Dynamo retains chances to rise even higher and thereby improve its historic achievement in the championship, but these chances look too illusory for now. From Lokomotiv, which is currently in 4th place, the blue and white are separated by a decent 8 points. However, the calendar of the railwaywomen for the rest of the season also inspires: visiting Krasnodar, Dynamo, at home Spartak, Zenit and Krylia Sovetov. In general, hopes remain, but much again will depend on the dynamos themselves.
As the blue and white coach often likes to repeat, the team goes from game to game. I want to believe that from victory to victory in the remaining matches of the season. At least the autumn part of this season has started for the Dynamo team, it's the best. I would like to continue this in a meeting with Zvezda-2005, another team with not the most successful statistics this year.
The Perm club approached the match with Dynamo with a sad series of 8 matches without a win: 7 defeats and only one draw, and the last victory happened in June, just at home over Yenisei. A lot hinted that in the game with the 11th team of the championship, the blue and white would be able to continue, if not a series of defeats, then at least they would take away the necessary three points from Perm.
The game began in Perm cautiously, both teams seemed to be probing each other for weaknesses from the first minutes. As it seemed, the dynamos were the first to find flaws in the defensive structures of Zvezda-2005: they organized several approaches to the Perm gate at once, a couple of them ended with good strikes by Zelka Belovan and Yulia Bessolova.
But the very first moment of the Permians ended with a goal. In the 18th minute, after a free kick and a headbutt by Olesya Kurochkina, the ball ricocheted off Belovan and flew into the Dynamo gate - 0:1.
The unexpected development of events spurred Dynamo football players, who tried to quickly restore balance in the score. It was not possible to do this quickly, although our girls still had good approaches: it was Bessolova's kick after the pick-up, and a free kick performed by Kristina Komissarova, and Isidora Vuchkovich, who was left alone in the center of the penalty area, but could not manage the ball properly. Unfortunately, all attempts to recoup before the break were unsuccessful.
After the break, the Dynamo team continued to bend their line, especially since the coaching staff strengthened the attacking game of their wards by replacing Kristina Komissarova with a clean forward Daniela Basaeva.
She could finally send the first ball to Dynamo at Zvezda Stadium 10 minutes after her appearance on the field. But her shot at point-blank range was blocked by the goalkeeper of the Perm club Margarita Shirokova, and at the cost of a small damage.
Oddly enough, after such an active start of the second half, the initiative was intercepted by the hostesses. Twice the most experienced football player of Zvezda-2005 Olesya Kurochkina could increase the advantage of her team. At first, she almost caught Diana Ponomareva at the exit from the gate, but she ruined the moment by sending him too much. And then, completing the counterattack, she struck from a killer position, but this time the blue and white were saved by Ponomareva's confident play in the goal.
Starting from the 70th minute, Dynamo finally took the ball under its control and began to systematically crush the Perm team, forcing it to cling to its goal harder and harder. The results of such a game were not long in coming, but Elena Shesterneva's goal still turned out to be unexpected. Shortly before that, the substitute striker received the ball from Anastasia Kovaleva near the opponents' penalty area, turned around, advanced along the line and charged into the very "nine" of Margarita Shirokova's goal!
The blue and white immediately tried to develop their success by organizing several good attacks, one of which ended with a very dangerous penalty. The same Gear approached the ball, she also struck, but this time not so effectively, and most importantly, not as accurately as in the episode with her goal.
But the Perm football players were not going to give up the game on their own field either, and at the very end of the meeting they even made a small pile on the Dynamo gate. Fortunately, they didn't have enough time or opportunity for the second goal.
In general, the fighting draw is 1:1, in which any of the teams could snatch victory.
