A storage room will also be opened on the territory of the stadium for items prohibited from being carried into the stands. It will work from the beginning of the fans' launch and for another hour after the end of the match. Items with dangerous properties, as well as items whose use and (or) storage is not permitted by the legislation of the Russian Federation, are not subject to temporary storage.
A fan's passport (Fan ID) is not needed to enter the stadium!

So, for gross violation of the rules, a fine of 10 to 20 thousand rubles or arrest for up to 15 days and a ban on attending matches from one to seven years are imposed.
