Dynamo scores three times and confidently defeats Rubin

Dynamo holds the finish of the season at home. This Sunday the Kazan "Rubin" came to visit the blue and white, a week later - "Ryazan–Airborne".

Not the loudest signs for the final chord of this season. But the blue-and-white season was not too outstanding either. And in order not to perform worse than in the previous two seasons, that is, to take 5th place in the WINLINE Super League standings, blue and white must win these two remaining matches without fail!

Moreover, there were enough reasons for a good mood before the finishing dash in the Dynamo team. There is a two-week break between the last game with CSKA and the upcoming meeting with Rubin, and the silver medals of the youth team, followed by a festive award ceremony at the VTB Arena itself. By the way, a group of football players from the Dynamo youth team is already training with the main team – this was announced by the head coach of the youth team Oleg Gusev in his interview with the club press service. So, after the end of the season in the Youth League, Varvara Demidova, Anna Chudilina, Svetlana Vinnikova and Angelina Golik joined the trainings led by Alexander Katasonov. After returning from the national teams, Arina Taranchenko, Ekaterina Sergeeva and Daniella Petrova joined the youth team. So a little fresh blood was added to the body of the Dynamo base at the finish of this season.

Speaking of national teams. In addition to Sergeeva and Petrova, who went to the youth national team, and Taranchenko, who defended the gates of the main team of the country in a friendly match with North Macedonia, Helena Bojic (Montenegro), Anastasia Shlapakova and Anastasia Kovaleva (both to the national team of Belarus) also left for their national teams.

In general, our girls did not have to be bored during these two weeks and in such not sunny weather at all. Just what you need to cheer up and shock the end of this difficult season.

Dynamo football players lived up to pre–match expectations - they actively started their home meeting with Rubin and immediately carried out several flank attacks. However, it never came to dangerous blows. The guests from Kazan played mainly with long forward throws, which the Dynamo defenders perfectly blocked and did not let the opponents to their goal.

One of the most active Dynamo players in the opening of the meeting was Daniela Basaeva – the main danger to the Kazan gate came from her. First, in the 11th minute, her dangerous pass into the Rubin penalty area ended with a transfer to the 11-meter mark, where Fauzia Nazhemba, in a fight with a Kazan defender, failed to catch the ball. And a few minutes later, the Russian scored a goal – the attacker took advantage of a mistake at the exit of Rubin goalkeeper Angelina Tsirulnikova and pushed the ball into an empty goal.

Dynamovka secured an excellent start to the match with the second goal – in the 22nd minute, the same restless Basaeva with a defender on her shoulders managed to pass to Anastasia Shlapakova, and she sent the second ball into the net of the Kazan gate in a fall!

After such a brisk start, the wards of Alexander Katasonov decided to take a short break and temporarily gave the initiative to their rivals. Kazan football players were not against this development of events and for a while even pressed blue and white to their goal. There was also a scoring opportunity. Rubin striker Karolina Zhitko hit Diana Ponomareva's goal with her head without much resistance after being fed from the flank, and only luck helped our team not to miss – the ball missed the bar in a matter of centimeters.

However, the blue and white have shown that they are in full control of the situation and can again cause damage to their rivals at any moment. Then Yulia Bessolova almost from the penalty line struck dangerously – again past! And the main thing is that Najamba has a super moment again. Once again, Tsirulnikova made a mistake at the exit, leaving her goal empty, the ball turned out to be at Fauzia, who, as it seemed, very accurately cut it into the target, but still it passed centimeters from the far post...

However, nothing terrible happened and the Dynamos left for the break in a good mood and with a comfortable score – 2:0.

Problems could start right after the break. The Rubin players carried out several super-dangerous attacks, in each of which they could reduce the score, or even compare it. Here, too, Najamba did not realize another killer moment – she went one-on-one with the goalkeeper, struck so that Tsirulnikova was already powerless to do anything, but ... the ball missed the bar again.

And then a very unpleasant and alarming bell rang. Diana Khakimova, who had just come on as a substitute, threw an acrobatic trick in the style of Zlatan Ibrahimovic to Ponomarev and won back one ball for her team – 1:2. It happened in the 67th minute and the Cossacks had enough time to even the score.

The segment after the goal scored by Rubin turned out to be so chaotic that it was almost impossible to understand who still owned the initiative. The blue and white kind of attacked, but they did it without much danger, and the Cossacks were constantly looking for a chance to score a counterattack. And they almost succeeded!

In the 77th minute, they caught the Dynamo team on a defensive mistake and almost scored the second goal. Only the third goal of Dynamo could resolve all doubts about the outcome of the game. Fortunately, it didn't take long to wait for him.

In the 79th minute, Anastasia Shlapakova closed the shot from the left flank from Kristina Komissarova with an accurate shot and made such an important double for herself and the team!

After that, it was already possible to exhale – the blue and white would not miss the victory in this game. And so it happened. 3:1 – I had to get a little nervous in the middle of the second half, but this time everything ended well for our team.
