Dynamo defeated Rubin youth club in Novogorsk

The unsuccessful series of matches without a win (two defeats and a draw) was finally interrupted by the blue and white in a match with one of the outsiders of the season - Rubin Kazan, which before this meeting occupied the penultimate place in the Youth League standings.

However, despite the score, the match was not so simple for Oleg Gusev's wards. Or rather, like this: the first half of the quality of football was much more interesting than the second.

A very active start in the performance of Dynamo in the opening of the meeting was justified by a quick goal already in the 10th minute. Varvara Demidova, with the direct participation of Ekaterina Sergeeva and Svetlana Vinnikova, opened the scoring in the match and brought the blue and white ahead. Immediately after that, Sergeev could double the advantage, but the striker, who was aiming at the very top nine of the Kazan gate, still sent the ball a little higher.

After such a bright start, the game calmed down a little. Largely due to the actions of Rubin himself, who pushed the Dynamo players away from his goal and did not allow them to create something more dangerous than it was at the beginning of the meeting.

However, there were enough cauldrons in such a game for a short time. Having intensified the pressure, the blue and white again began to get close to the opponents' penalty area and repeatedly alarm the goalkeeper of the Kazan team, Yesenia Yeremeyeva. At the 34th minute, the anxiety turned into something more: Ekaterina Sergeeva took over the game and upset the goalkeeper of Rubin for the second time in this game with a smart shot – 2:0!

The Dynamos left for the break with a feeling of complete control over the game and a confident advantage in the score. The second half, as already mentioned, turned out to be not so bright, although there were enough moments and even a goal in it. However, only one. Already in compensated time, Maria Zernikova, who came on as a substitute, put an end to the match and set the final score – 3:0.

Unfortunately, the main event of the second half was not a game episode at all – Anastasia Begeneva was seriously injured in the same ending literally out of the blue. She could not leave the field on her own, the 18-year-old football player was taken away on a stretcher and immediately began to provide medical assistance. An event that, of course, overshadowed all the joy of victory, even such a large one. It remains only to wish Nastya good health and a speedy return to the football field!
