Dynamo beat Ryazan-VDV in the pouring rain

The final round of the first round of the Super League brought the Moscow Dynamo together with one of the oldest and most titled clubs in the country – Ryazan-Airborne. Maxim Zinoviev's wards approached this confrontation after leaving for Kazan, where they met with Rubin as part of the 1/8 finals of the Russian Cup. That game took place in extreme weather conditions in 30-degree heat.

Despite the difficulties, dynamovki already created the first moment in the 3rd minute with the efforts of Kristina Komissarova, and in the 8th minute her pressure in someone else's penalty area allowed Tatyana Danilochkina to open the account. And although the Kazan club won back in the 34th minute after a direct free kick from Maria Barvinok, the second half remained for the blue and white. At the beginning of the half, Anastasia Kovaleva scored a goal with a direct shot from the corner, after which Anastasia Shlapakova and Irina Dricheva brought the score to 4:1. This victory ensured Dynamo's entry into the quarterfinals for the derby with Spartak.

The Ryazan team came to the end of the first round in the status of a team in a protracted recession. Already at the start of the championship, Natalia Karaseva's wards began to experience serious difficulties: in the very first round against Krasnodar, the paratroopers missed the fastest goal of the season at the 55th second, and problems with early goals were repeated in the following games with Lokomotiv and Chertanovo. The only victory in the Super League at the moment was won in the 4th round over Yenisei (3:1), followed by a winless series of seven matches – 5 defeats and 2 draws.

Nevertheless, Ryazan women were able to rehabilitate themselves in the Russian Cup, beating Chertanovo in the 1/8 finals (2:1) thanks to Anna Dallakian's double in compensated time.

The history of personal meetings with Dynamo did not promise much joy to Ryazan residents either: in seven matches, the blue and white won five victories with two draws with a total goal difference of 20-5. The biggest victories were recorded in 2023 – 5:0 and 7:1, but in 2024 and 2025 the fight was more intense. For example, the last two games played last season ended in a draw – 0:0 and 1:1.

So, despite the standings of the clubs (Dynamo – 6th place, 13 points; Ryazan-Airborne Forces - 12th, 6 points), there were enough intrigues in the match.

The away match against Ryazan-Airborne Forces for Maxim Zinoviev's wards was a real test not only of skill, but also of character.

From the very first seconds of the meeting, the blue and white made it clear that they had come to win. The starting segment was completely left to Dynamo: our players organized a series of promising half-moments and performed several standards, forcing the defense of the hostesses to work at the limit.

The pressure bore fruit already in the 8th minute. After Anastasia Kovaleva's verified submission, the goalkeeper of the Ryazan team, Maria Svidunovich, made a fatal mistake at the exit, which Anastasia Shlapakova instantly took advantage of, coolly sending the ball into the net — 1:0!

Having seized the advantage, dynamovki did not slow down. By the 12th minute, the advantage of the guests became overwhelming, and it seemed that the second goal was only a matter of time. The Ryazan team tried to respond with counterattacks, but the Dynamo defensive line acted smoothly.

By the middle of the half, the game had leveled off a little, although the ball control remained with the Muscovites. At the 27th minute, our girls again tried to benefit from the standards, but this time it didn't get to the point. Five minutes later, the dominance of the blue and white in the other half of the field became almost absolute, but Ryazan-Airborne Forces held the line.

It was only in the 35th minute that the first serious threat arose at our gate due to the second inconsistency of Yulia Myasnikova and Anastasia Ananyeva, but the episode ended successfully. Shortly after, Elena Zubkova dangerously broke through the defense and struck — Ananyeva showed a brilliant reaction, transferring the ball to the corner.

Dynamo's response came in the 41st minute: Tatyana Danilochkina decided on a long-range shot, but the ball missed. The first half ended with Daniela Basaeva's most dangerous moment, who, after Kristina Komissarova's free kick, hit her head just above the crossbar.

The second half began with a change in the lineup: instead of Milena Lyubimova, Isidora Vuchkovich appeared on the field. By this time, the skies had opened over the stadium in Ryazan — the rain was falling like a wall, which greatly complicated the combination game. In the 50th minute, the referee issued a warning to Danilochkina, and in the 60th minute, Kristina Komissarova perfectly executed a corner kick, hanging exactly on the leg of Yulia Bessolova, who doubled the advantage of the blue and white - 2:0!

Despite the heavy field, on which small puddles appeared in places, dynamovki confidently led the game. At the 68th minute, Bessolova could have scored a double, but Svidunovich fixed the ball. By the 70th minute, the pace of the meeting finally dropped: having completed the minimum task, our girls started playing according to the score.

However, football does not forgive complacency. In the 79th minute, after a corner kick, the same Bessolova took the ball out of the penalty area, and it lay perfectly on the left foot of Natalia Perepechina, who reduced the gap with a powerful blow - 1:2. Literally a minute later, the same Perepechina, after taking the ball from Kovaleva, almost equalized the score, inflicting the most dangerous blow on the goal…

The final ten minutes brought fans and the team a valid ending. Irina Dricheva could have removed all the questions in the 84th minute, but going one-on-one with the goalkeeper, she failed to beat Svidunovich.

But Ryazan continued to press. First, in the 88th minute, Anna Dallakian struck an unpleasant blow, fortunately, without hitting the target, and then in the 91st minute a real miracle happened: Daniela Basaeva, trying to interrupt the attack, almost cut the ball into her own goal, but Dynamo was lucky, and the ball went behind the front Line up on the corner!

The final whistle nevertheless recorded a difficult but well-deserved victory of the blue and white in extremely rainy Ryazan.
