Dynamo beat Rostov on the road and won the first victory of the season

In the third, and in fact the second round of the Super League for themselves, the blue and white met with the Housing and Communal Services "Rostov". The Dynamo team started the season with a home defeat from Zenit with a score of 0:2. In that game, the coaching staff, led by Maxim Zinoviev, used Anna Chudilina from the youth team in the center of the defense, and after the break released Daniela Basaeva to her new position of central defender. The outcome of the meeting was determined by two missed goals in the first half. In the second half, Dynamo seized the initiative, surpassing rivals in the expected goals (0.88 vs. 0.10) and shots on target, but the score remained the same.

Rostov, which took the penultimate, 12th place last year, went through a large-scale personnel restructuring in the winter. Nine foundation players left the team under the leadership of Yana Chub, and seven newcomers joined, including football players from Yekaterinburg Ural and Rostov Academy. Due to the lack of pre-season matches, new bundles are already being played in official meetings, which so far directly affects the results of Rostov.

In the first round, Rostov women lost heavily to CSKA in their field (0:6), and in the second they lost on the road to Perm Zvezda-2005 (0:2). The Southerners came to the face-to-face meeting in the last place of the standings with 0 goals scored and 8 missed.

Before Saturday's match, the teams met six times, the advantage remained on the side of Dynamo: four wins, one draw and one defeat with a total goal difference of 10:2. The last game in the fall of 2025 ended with a score of 3:0 in favor of Muscovites.

From the first minutes of the match, the blue and white marked their advantage. Unlike the previous meeting with Zenit, the Muscovites started the game extremely actively. Already in the 9th minute Zelka Belovan had a one hundred percent chance to open the account: after Anastasia Shlapakova's verified submission from a free kick, the Serbian football player hit her head almost point-blank, but the ball missed the goal.

Dynamo's pressure was increasing. In the 15th minute, Anastasia Kovaleva struck a powerful blow from afar after the transfer of Isidora Vuchkovich – only the brilliant reaction of Rostov goalkeeper Yulia Chernyshova saved the hostesses from a missed goal.

By the middle of the half, the pace of the game had dropped somewhat. Rostov was able to move the game away from its gates, and the forced five-minute pause associated with the provision of medical assistance to the hostesses' player knocked down the attacking impulse of the guests. It is noteworthy that the Dynamo head coach Maxim Zinoviev used this break to make tactical adjustments.

The denouement came in the 44th minute. After an unsuccessfully executed Rostov penalty, Muscovites organized a swift counterattack. Isidora Vuchkovich gave a perfect pass from deep to Anastasia Shlapakova, who coolly threw the goalkeeper out of the gate.

The teams left for the break with the score 1:0 in favor of the guests.

The second half of the meeting was started more actively by the hostesses of the field. In the 47th minute, Dynamo goalkeeper Anastasia Ananyeva had to enter the game to fix the ball after a dangerous blow from a Rostov woman. However, this starting impulse of "Rostov" did not develop into a series of scoring chances – the defense of the blue and white acted reliably.

By the 60th minute, Dynamo regained control of the ball. Irina Dricheva, who was later replaced by Ekaterina Sergeeva, actively manifested herself on the left flank. It was Sergeeva who almost created a masterpiece in the 74th minute: performing a free kick, instead of the expected canopy, she spun the ball into the far "nine", but missed the target a little.

The second half of the half was remembered for a lot of martial arts and marriage in the programs. The game has acquired a viscous character, and among the events it is worth noting only the debuts of young football players Ksenia Pilnikova and Varvara Demidova, who came on as a substitute at the end of the meeting.

Despite the final assault and a series of substitutions in both teams, the score remained unchanged. Dynamo calmly brought the match to victory, although the ending turned out to be nervous.

This victory was the first for the team in the current championship draw.
