Blue and white will start their journey in the national cup in Kazan.
On Thursday, May 28, the Dynamo Housing and Communal Services found out the opponent with whom it will play in 1/8 of the Russian Cup-2026. They became Kazan "Rubin", with whom our team met quite recently, on May 16, in the 8th round of the Super League.
According to preliminary information, the fight will be held in Kazan on Saturday, July 4. The exact date and venue of the Dynamo and Rubin match will be announced later, when all participants of the 1/8 finals of the Cup of Russia will be determined.
According to the regulations, Super League teams will start in the national cup from the 1/8 finals. At the moment, 4 of the 8 pairs that will play at this stage are known:
Zvezda-2005 (Perm)* – Krylia Sovetov (Samara)
Rostov (Rostov-on-Don) – Krasnodar (Krasnodar)
Ryazan-Airborne Forces (Ryazan) – Chertanovo (Moscow)
Rubin (Kazan) – Dynamo (Moscow)
* The match will be hosted by the team listed first in the pair.
The remaining three pairs of the 1/8 finals with the participation of Zenit, Lokomotiv, Spartak and CSKA will be determined after the matches of the 1/16 finals, in which the teams of the First League will take part. These games will be held in mid-June:

In case of success in the 1/8 finals, our team will meet in the quarterfinals with the winner of the pair "Pari NN"/BGC "Spartak" – "Spartak" (Moscow). Before the final, other Super League clubs – Rostov, Krasnodar, Lokomotiv, Yenisei - can become rivals of Dynamo football players.
