Lyubimova's double brings the Dynamo youth team victory over Rostov

Having conceded twice and missed a comfortable advantage, the blue and white did not give up and scored two decisive goals at the end of the meeting, taking the deserved three points.

The Dynamo youth women's team won a difficult but bright victory over Rostov in a dramatic match that ended with a score of 4:2. The game kept you in suspense until the last minutes and gave the fans a whole kaleidoscope of events.

From the very beginning of the meeting, dynamovki took over the initiative, but Rostov withstood the initial onslaught. The first really dangerous moment was created by Anastasia Buchatskaya in the 9th minute, punching from the edge of the penalty area into the near corner, but the ball flew above the goal. The guests responded with rare attacks, but the goalkeeper of the blue and white Arina Taranchenko and the defenders acted confidently, removing all the danger at their gates.

Already in the 11th minute, Dana Dobrovitskaya said her weighty word, whose tight shot Rostov goalkeeper Valeria Mikhalina hardly transferred over the crossbar to the corner. Acting on counterattacks, the Rostov women could not contain the pressure, and in the 15th minute the score was opened. After Dobrovitskaya's pass into the penalty area and a rebound from Eva Rabchenyuk, the ball bounced to Milena Lyubimova, who coolly sent it into the net! It is noteworthy that just a few hours earlier Lyubimova managed to play half an hour for the main team of Dynamo.

Having led in the score, Dynamo calmly controlled the ball and doubled the advantage in the 22nd minute. Buchatskaya shot from the left, the goalkeeper of the guests seemed to fix the ball, but the persistent Lyubimova literally knocked it out of Mikhalina's hands and scored a double — 2:0!

It seemed that the game was done, but Rostov did not give up. In the 25th minute, Maria Zernikova fouled Tatyana Kalinina in her penalty area, and referee Alexander Perepelkov pointed to the point. Ksenia Prikhodko confidently converted a penalty, separating the ball and Taranchenko at different angles.

Despite the missed goal, the blue and white continued to bend their line, creating chances. Lyubimova had a killer chance for a hat-trick, but the Rostov goalkeeper saved her team. At the end of the half, Kristina Kubatkina shot a free kick straight into Mikhalina's hands, and the team captain in this match, Varvara Demidova, who replaced the disqualified Daniella Petrova, received a yellow card.

During the break, the Dynamo coaching staff made a double substitution: Yana Nesterenko and Daria Sorokina entered the field instead of Pilnikova and the author of Lyubimova's double. Substitutions almost worked instantly: Sorokina could have run one-on-one, but she didn't keep the ball, and Rabchenyuk's subsequent shot turned out to be inaccurate.

An unexpected development of events awaited Dynamo in the 52nd minute, when, after a corner, Valeria Shulga, with her back to the goal, managed to send the ball into the net of Taranchenko's goal, equalizing the score — 2:2.

This turn forced the blue and white to attack with renewed vigor. Rostov went deep into defense, and for a long time the Dynamos could not open the dense defensive ranks, exerting pressure without scoring chances. In the 64th minute, Demidova's insidious free kick forced Mikhalina to demonstrate her skill again in order to barely transfer the ball over the crossbar. The pace of the game suited the guests, but Dynamo did not give up trying to snatch victory.

The denouement came in the final twenty minutes. In the 72nd minute, after Dobrovitskaya's overhang, the goalkeeper deflected the ball into the crossbar, from which it bounced back into the field. A moment later, Demidova's blow followed — this time to the bar! But the first on the rebound was Nesterenko, who drove the ball into the net, making the score 3:2 in the most dramatic attack of the match.

The guests tried to respond with a dangerous penalty executed by Prikhodko, but the ball passed by. Dobrovitskaya put an end to this thriller. In the 87th minute, Alina Gagieva was knocked down in the penalty area of Rostov, and the referee awarded the second penalty in the match. Dana was accurate — 4:2!

The final whistle recorded a difficult but well-deserved victory for Dynamo.
