After the victorious match with the Ryazan-VDV Housing and Communal Complex (7:0), the acting head coach of the blue and white youth team answered journalists' questions.
— Knowing the Ryazan-Airborne Forces team, knowing how people work there and squeeze the most out of the players, demanding from them iron discipline and character, we understood what a difficult and sharp game we were going to have, that Ryazan football players would butt and prick to the last. That's why our motto this week was: respect, professionalism, discipline.
I want to congratulate the team on the victory, say thank you for the discipline, for the fact that the players showed everything that we trained this week. All great fellows!
— Half an hour of the game did not have time to pass, as Irina Dricheva sat on the bench. What was it related to?
— She asked for a replacement herself, it was her initiative. We didn't want to change it, because Ira is the leader of our team, to whom we are always grateful for help. It's a pity that she played so little, but for medical reasons she had to be replaced.
— How would you rate the girls who came to the game from the bench? How much did they manage to strengthen it?
— Honestly, if there were more substitutions, I would have released even more, because everyone wants to give game practice. I apologize to the girls I didn't let out. They really deserve it, they work in training on a par with everyone. But, unfortunately, we only have seven replacements.
As for those who came out, there were shortcomings, but there were also good moments that we will analyze this week, watch, prepare for Rostov. We'll see everything, both individual and team actions, defense, attack, standards. I will say this: I am more satisfied than dissatisfied with the players who came out.
— Select the best player in your team?
— Probably not. Before the match, I told the team that it should act as a single mechanism, all the gears should work together so that there would be a result. Therefore, from the point of view of psychology and "physics" there is a lot of work now. The second round is coming, we are adding, the girls understand that there is nowhere to retreat, and we have to go through the rink, so we will prepare for all rivals and try to win everyone.
— What is your coaching philosophy, your ideal Dynamo? What should players know, be able to do and with what thoughts to go to the game?
— This is a very difficult question. You can talk about our philosophy for hours. As for the team, as already mentioned at the beginning of the season, we play attacking football with quick transitions, because in modern football the transition phase is very important, there is a lot of emphasis on it: defense – attack, attack – defense.
Specifically, in defense, we highlight the one-on-one game, because we understand that if you don't lose one-on-one and grow from this, you will come to the first team and be a competitive player there. And first of all, we are preparing players for the first team so that when girls come to the Super League, they will not be afraid to play one-on-one, they will not be afraid of any interactions, including in defense. Therefore, in the training process, the emphasis is on the one-on-one game. From this they will grow and develop.
Therefore, it's hard to talk about philosophy in general, there is very little time for this, but basically this style: more on the attack, more first number, good transitions and tight defense.
— Did a lot of this happen on the football field today?
— Today there was not the resistance to talk about these moments. This does not apply specifically to Ryazan-Airborne Forces, this is a good team, but nevertheless there was no such resistance today to say whether it worked out or not. And those moments that were, we will analyze. Then the opponents will be different, we will prepare for them. We look at and analyze each player, both by role and by lines.
I repeat once again: our task is to take a ride on everyone in the second round so that no one has a chance. To do this, we need to raise the psychology of the winner, which we will continue to work on.
— That is, to wait for the rink in Novoshakhtinsk?
— Yes, wait for the rink. Let's see, difficult conditions await us: the train, it is always difficult to play in Rostov-on-Don and the region, special conditions of the region. Again, Rostov is a good team, good competition, but we will play first again. Let's see what the opponent will offer us, but we are setting ourselves up for the maximum result in this match and in all subsequent games.
