Before joining Dynamo worked as a physical training coach at the WFC Chertanovo, Krylia Sovetov and FC Khimki-2. She has S-UEFA and S-RFU licenses.
In 2021 Aleksandra Kosyanchuk graduated from the Russian University of Sports GTsOLIFK (RGUFKSMIT) with a degree in sports management. In 2020 she completed professional retraining in the qualification of «Coach».
She began her coaching career in 2016, starting work with a team of girls born in 2009. Before joining Dynamo she worked as a physical training coach at a football school (2017-2021) and WFC Chertanovo (Moscow, 2021-2023), Krylia Sovetov (Samara, 2024) and FC Khimki-2 (2025). She has S-UEFA and S-RFU licenses.
Candidate for Master of Sports (CMS) in football, four-time champion of the MRO in football, captain of the Moscow team.
Author of the seminar «Functional training for football players», co-author of the methodological manual «Methodological recommendations for groups of initial training in football 4-7 years old».
